In this unique session of remote Reiki healing, you will experience the powerful benefits of energy work from the comfort of your own space. It is not necessary to be on the phone during the session. It is always an option, however I feel that without the distraction I am able to facilitate a deeper state of relaxation and healing. At our appointment time, I will reach out to you via call or text to inform you when the session begins, then follow up with you after the session to discuss your experience and share any insights that may have emerged during our time together. If this is our first session together, I will dedicate some time for discussion before we begin the actual healing. This allows us to connect and understand your specific needs and intentions regarding the session. By taking the time to assess what you are looking to gain from the experience, we can create a more tailored approach to your healing journey.
It is highly beneficial to begin the session well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of water both before and after the session assists in maximizing the effects of the Reiki energy and aids in your overall well-being.
