Reiki sessions are available either
in-studio or remotely.

I follow Usui Reiki protocol. The healing portion typically lasts around 40 minutes, but we usually begin and end by discussing your intentions, and explaining what you may experience. If this is your first session with me, please plan for at least 60 minutes with me so we have time to connect and discuss your needs. Sound healing with tuning forks, singing bowls, etc., may be incorporated into the session if that feels intuitively guided for both of us.

Remote sessions are provided per client preference: while on Zoom, over the phone, WhatsApp, or Messenger.
