Reiki sessions are available either
in-person in my studio or via distance, remotely in your own private space.

I follow Usui Reiki protocol. The healing portion typically lasts around 40 minutes, but we usually begin and end by discussing your intentions, and explaining what you may experience. If this is your first session with me, please plan for at least 60 minutes with me so we have time to connect and discuss your needs. Sound healing with tuning forks, singing bowls, etc., may be incorporated into the session if that feels intuitively guided for both of us. Remote sessions are provided per client preference: while on Zoom, over the phone, WhatsApp, or Messenger.

If you are in need of a session but it's not in your budget right now, please contact me regarding other options for exchange (or book a free practice tuning session instead—see below). Recommended pricing is sliding scale $50-100, but I'm open to donation only or possibly a trade, as long as there is some kind of exchange. My goal is for you to receive the healing you need while feeling completely comfortable and supported in choosing to work with me.
