Reiki Sessions

Reiki sessions are available either in-studio or remotely.

I follow Usui Reiki protocol. The healing portion typically lasts around 40 minutes, but we usually begin and end with a bit of conversation about your intentions and what was experienced. If this is your first session with me, please plan for at least 60 minutes with me so we have time to connect and discuss your needs. Sound healing with tuning forks, singing bowls, etc., may be incorporated into the session if that feels intuitively guided for both of us.

Remote sessions are provided per client preference: while on Zoom or over the phone, or I can message you before I start and after I finish, as there will be limited conversation during the actual session.
